I try to craft my creative work based on two areas: motion and book design. Through these mediums, I am able to integrate my other interests of music and storytelling. When designing a motion graphic, my goal is to match up the best song or sound effect with the corresponding tone of the visual elements. The right use of sound can take a mediocre motion design and transform the product into something cinematically exciting. My book design work allows me to combine my passion for writing and storytelling into an aesthetically engaging layout. From my experiences, I believe it is beneficial to discover these outside influences and blend the elements into my work. As a result, the designs are unique and have a personality of their own.
When I am not designing, I enjoy reading comic books, thriller novels, and playing guitar.
